Return and refund policy

Our return and refund policy:
You must contact us if you wish to return an item(s). We do not accept returned item(s) without prior notification. In e-mail we kindly ask you to specify the reason why you wish to make the return. Once contacted, we will send you the detailed return instructions.

Please note that if you wish to return goods under our Approval guarantee, you have 28 days (including delivery) from receipt of the goods to return them to us. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order. Once the tags are removed, reattached or damaged on the item(s) it/they will be considered worn and will not be accepted. Bags must be returned with their original boxes and packaging, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorised and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions. We do not take any responsibility for undeliverable or lost parcels. Our reception is open on weekdays form 8am to 4.30pm, we do not take responsibility for parcels left on the local post office. To avoid this to happen, we kindly ask you not to use National Couriers such as MPL, Royal Mail…etc. Please always use GLS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, Ups, Dpd or other trackable courier services. WE ONLY ACCEPT PARCELS WITH TRACKING OPTION AVAILABLE!

If a return is accepted, will deduct a 6% administrative/ re-stocking fee from the refund. This will cover our expenses regarding the returned sale. will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.


If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorising a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. Pick-ups for all authorised returns with’ s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
